What happens to Unsuccessful Orders?

 

Any orders that are incomplete and have not received the order confirmation number even after 2 hours after the time of order,  kindly get in touch with our support team and report the issue. This could be due to technical error or network issues,  however customer has the full right to claim the deducted amount of your order.  The order will be either processed as per the availability or if customer requests, the deducted amount will be refunded to their account. Kindly allow 10-14 days for the amount to get refunded into your account.

Do you have cash back Policy?
