Can you take up project construction?

Our fee structures are tailored to the specific needs of each project and can be based on factors such as project complexity, scope of services, and client preferences. We outline payment terms clearly in our agreements to ensure transparency and mutual understanding. For online orders, our customers can pay online on our website. During checkout, the customer will be directed to the payment gateway page for various payment methods.

What happens to Unsuccessful Rapid Design Orders?

Any orders that are incomplete and have not received the order confirmation number even after 2 hours after the time of order,  kindly get in touch with our support team and report the issue. This could be due to technical error or network issues,  however customer has the full right to claim the deducted amount of your order.  The order will be either processed as per the availability or if customer requests, the deducted amount will be refunded to their account. Kindly allow 10-14 days for the amount to get refunded into your account.


Do you have coupons or special offers?

From time to time and on special occasions we do offer special sales & discount coupons for online orders. So, we request you to visit our website frequently and follow our page on Facebook to take advantage of these promotions. 


Can I cancel my rapid design order?

We wish to provide the best service to our customers. Cancellations will not be possible but modifications in your order are accepted until one hours from placing your order. Write to us at
